The members are dedicated to the use of digital and mobile technologies and innovative pedagogy based on gamification, collaborative, active and inquiry learning, especially in STEAM education.<br \/>\nAHDE represents:<br \/>\n1140 teachers from 417 Hungarian public and\/or VET schools \u2013 as individual members;<br \/>\n58 researchers of digital education \u2013 as experts;<br \/>\n71 public and VET schools.<br \/>\nThe main activities of MDOE is to focus on teachers\u2019 digital competences development, and support the school leaders on development of the school culture. These areas are as follows:<br \/>\nruns continuous professional development of math and science (STEAM) elementary, secondary and VET teachers in Hungary to use ICT\/GeoGebra\/digital tools, mobile tech(applications) in the classroom teaching an Technology Enhanced Home-learning;<br \/>\nbuilds up capacity of teachers in digital pedagogy, and develop their digital competence;<br \/>\nruns OD workshops\/training for the headmasters about developing digital learning culture in the schools;<br \/>\nsupports the school leaders and teachers in digital transformation, managing the change, development of digital learning\/teaching school culture and development of the school as a learning organisation;<br \/>\nsupports the development and implementation of SELFIE based institutional digital action plan;<br \/>\ncreates a knowledge sharing\/network of \u201cwhat works network\u201c of and for teachers and schools at national (European level later)<br \/>\npartnership in various Erasmus+ projects in line with its mission and activities.<\/p>\n<p>The MDOE has a national pool of mentors\/trainers for (i) building up the capacity of STEAM teachers in digital pedagogical approaches and their digital competence; (ii) mentoring the implementation of mobile devices ,digital educational resources in classroom teaching and supported distance education.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Why we are Participating in the Project<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The mission of MDOE is to promote, encourage, train and support the quality classroom and home-learning use of digital teaching technologies from K1 to K12 in order to maximize the students&#8217; learning motivation, effectiveness and success.<br \/>\nAs a part of its mission, MDOE wants to initiate and\/or be a member of projects that fully support the ambitions and objectives of the Association.<br \/>\nAccordingly, one of the Association&#8217;s core activities is<br \/>\nto support school leadership in the institutional development of digitally enriched quality digital teaching\/learning (DELT),<br \/>\nincluding the development of teachers&#8217; digital teaching and students&#8217; digital learning competences,<br \/>\nsetting up and implementation of the institutional digital education development plan<br \/>\ndevelopment of the school organisational culture and building capacity of the teachers and leaders (including inclusivity, democratic participation, autonomy, equality, respect and compassion).<br \/>\nThis last one is precisely what the project aims to do and, with the practical implementation of the inclusive education in VET. It fully covers part of the Association&#8217;s ambitions and objectives. Through this project, we want to give active knowledge and effective practical support to our members (directly) and to schools in the country (indirectly) in development inclusive education in VET based on the outcomes of the project WPs, like self-assessment of school inclusivity, developing action plan of inclusive education in their institutions and adapting them to the needs of their students and teachers.<br \/>\n.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Our Role in the Project<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The Association will be responsible for co-coordinating and co-leading the development of CPD self-learning programmes resulting from the project. He is the expert of adult education, running and developing teachers upskilling trainings, digitally enhanced distance\/blended teaching and learning (DELT). He was a member of the board of EADTU (2005-2010) and he has been the member of the Steering Committee of EfVET since 2005. She has wide experiences of normal and digital education. Was involved in the development of NCCF (National Core Curriculum and Framework) and as she worked on the national curricula and the framework curricula in the field of Mathematics, and interpreted the integration of transversal skills in Maths education. She works for the E\u00f6tv\u00f6s Lor\u00e1nd University Faculty of Primary and Pre-School Education, Depart of Mathematics - teaching Mathematics as a discipline, methodological and course pedagogy for pre-school teacher trainees and teacher trainees, and graduate teachers (Maths for grades 5-6.). As a teacher of English language and History, has been teaching for more than 20 years at the \u00dajpest Technical School of Bilingual Education. Apart from teaching, she now mainly manages the school\u2019s international relations and mobility, various Erasmus+ and other projects. She has represented her VET school in EfVET since 2017, and has been a co-team chair of the Internationalisation and Mobility Thematic Team since 2022. Her institution are involved as strategic partner of the Association in different \u201cwhole school implementation\u201d Erasmus projects as associated partner of the MDOE. He is trilingual in Hungarian, English, and German.
