These Guidelines are designed to support VET organizations who are willing to operate an inclusive learner engagement system and introduce steps and methods to follow in this process. To learn more about the characteristics, challenges and opportunities of inclusive learner engagement in VET, we recommend the Mapping Report that has been prepared as part of the InclusiVET project.
First, the Guidelines aim to show the importance of embarking on an assessment and enhancement process regarding inclusive learner engagement in your VET organization.
Second, the guidelines present two methods that have been developed in the InclusiVET project for the assessment of inclusive learner engagement so that you can choose the most appropriate one(s) to implement in your organization.
