Learner-Led review of Inclusive Learner Engagement in VET institutions
Welcome to the InclusiVET Learner-led Review Manual, designed to empower underrepresented and disadvantaged learners in VET institutions.
The manual provides a comprehensive, step-by-step guide for implementing a learner-led review process within your VET institution. By engaging learners as reviewers, we aim to foster a more inclusive environment where every voice is heard. Through this process, learners actively evaluate institutional practices and propose meaningful improvements that benefit all students, particularly those facing challenges.
From initial planning and data gathering to result analysis and action plan development, the manual equips facilitators and learner-reviewers with essential tools to ensure that all learners have the opportunity to thrive. Join us in transforming VET institutions into spaces where diversity is celebrated and every learner can achieve their full potential.

Following the learner-led review process outlined above, this Action Plan Template supports the final critical stage: translating insights into action.
Once learner-reviewers have shared their recommendations, VET leaders and managers should analyse these insights and provide structured feedback. This template enables you to develop concrete Action Plans that address the identified challenges and systematically implement learner recommendations.
By using this tool to close the feedback loop, you can ensure that student voice leads to tangible improvements, creating a more inclusive and engaging learning environment for all learners.
