Who are we?

OIC Poland Foundation, from 1991 acting for economic and social progress in the south-eastern Poland, belongs to the leading group of training organisations in Lublin region. The Foundation’s activities are focused on the following areas:

  • EDUCATION OF SME STAFF – tailored training for SMEs
  • DEVELOPMENT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION – start-up incubation programs and training, advisory and financial support
  • IMPROVING SKILLS IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION – core skills for public sector

In 2000, the Foundation established the University of Economics and Innovation in Lublin.
The Foundation supported establishment of more than 800 (862) companies in Lubelskie Voivodship as well as 20 social co-operatives. The amount of subsidies provided until the end of

2022 is worth more than PLN 34 million. 307 companies received expert support. The amount of expert support provided is more than PLN 5 million.

From 2010, the OIC Poland Foundation is running the Loan Fund for SMEs. 473 enterprises received loans for implementation of new technological solutions, purchase of machinery and/or equipment, development, adaptation and modernization of production facilities or creation of new workplace. The amount of the granted loans has exceeded 34 mln PLN / 7.7 mln EUR.

It has implemented numerous projects co-funded under EU programmes focused on transversal competencies. It has implemented more than 280 different projects co-funded by the EU under different programme (ESF, ERDF, ERASMUS+, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme, 6th Framework Programme, Interreg, LLP).

OIC Poland Foundation is certified ISO in training services, consultancy, financial and information services.

From 2022, OIC Poland Foundation belongs to the EfVET network.

Why we are Participating in the Project

OIC Poland Foundation has elaborated a few didactic and ICT tools for competence assessment (psychometrical tools) for managers, employees, would-be entrepreneurs, pupils, teachers to measure specific knowledge, perceptions, skills etc. (e.g. PRO-LEARN Kids and Teens, hVET Learning style online test for VET students and Competence assessment tool for VET teachers, EQstudents emotional intelligence self-assessment tool). It has also developed 2 educational games – simulation enterprises for pupils (secondary schools), adult trainees and the psychometrical tool for professional predisposition diagnosis of pupils of secondary schools. The elaborated tools are strongly oriented on entrepreneurial attitudes, soft skills and other key qualities underpinning success on labour market.

  • The Foundation is directly and actively involved in the projects and initiatives targeted at schools, VET education institutions/organizations to provide innovative educational approaches, teaching tools & materials, such as:
  • Developing future careers through personalised guidance – guidEU – Erasmus + (2016-2019)
  • Fostering children’s learning process and cognitive abilities through holistic approach and innovative methods – PRO- LEARN – Erasmus+ (2019-2022)
  • Equality Future in Europe- EFE (2019-2021) aiming at engagement of people with disabilities within the workplace, to raise awareness on necessity of social integration in the workplace for the successful collaboration
  • Virtual Work-Based Learning to simulate real experience in VET digital training – vWBL – Erasmus+ (2019-2022)
  • Developing students’ emotional intelligence – EQstudents – Erasmus+ (2022-2024)
  • Promoting a new European e-commerce VET educational pathway to increase levels of skills for employability and sustainable business creation – eU-Commerce – Erasmus+ (2021-2023)
  • Breathe the future – hybrid education in VET – hVET – Erasmus+ (2022-2024)
  • School adaptability as the key to develop a child’s potential – School Adapt – Erasmus+ (2020-2023)
  • Embedding and Empowering SELFIE WBL Culture – SELFIE WBL- Follow-up – Erasmus+ (2021-2024)

In 2000 the Foundation established Non-public Post for Teachers to prepare teachers and other employees working in education sector for operating in a changing reality, through trainings, educational and counselling activities addressed to teachers, school leaders and educational institutions as well as local government. OIC Poland Foundation has been an efVET member since 2022.

Our Role in the Project

OIC is an experienced training & education organisation, proficient at elaborating tools for competence assessment based on psychometric approaches. Together with KIC they will coordinate the mapping process and lead the creation of the benchmarking framework & self-assessment tool.
Moreover, OIC Poland will actively participate in the production and testing of the rest of the results.

The Foundation is also responsible for advertising and promoting the InclusiVET project locally and nationally through its networks of contacts ensuring that it reaches as many people as possible. It hosts one of the project meetings in Lublin, as well as is to organize the multiplier event in Poland.

PhD in Law; extensive experience in all aspects of project management, from preparation to coordination of complex projects at national and international scale (Erasmus+, ESF, ERDF, LLP, Interreg IIIC&IIIA, 6 & 7 Framework Programmes, EYE etc.). Approved adviser for SME in training and international services (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development – 2005); holder of the Prince 2 Project Management certification; trainer in project management. Experienced in research, teaching and training.

Anna Bartosiewicz-Woźniak

Anna Bartosiewicz-Woźniak

Coordinator of International Project Department

Since 2014 Erasmus+ Project Manager in OIC Poland Foundation in Lublin; holds Master Degree in English Philology and European Studies. Fluent Spanish speaker. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of international projects within the organization. This includes planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. Builds and maintain positive relationships with international partners, clients, and stakeholders.

International Project Specialist

Marta Harasiuk holds a Master’s Degree in English Philology, specialisation in translation and media. She has a postgraduate degree in pedagogy and two years of experience in teaching. She has been working in the OIC Poland Foundation since 2021, actively involved in the implementation and coordination of Erasmus+ projects.
