The first InclusiVET webinar was held on 22 November 2023. It was organised by InclusiVET partner OBESSU and consisted of presentations, panel discussions, and interactive activities with participants.
The webinar sessions included:
- Inclusion and Student Engagement in VET systems – Setting a strong ground across Europe
- Activism in VET – Fostering Inclusion, Diversity and Representation
- Challenges and opportunities of inclusive student engagement in VET
- Empowering students – Overcoming barriers through lessons learned
- Educators and Staff facilitating engagement of VET students
- Making VET institutions more inclusive and investing in participatory processes that foster students’ sense of belonging
There were contributions from amongst others representatives of the European Commission DG EMPL, the Lifelong Learning Platform (LLLP), the European Training Association (EVTA) and OBESSU.
